Geriatric Consult Service Lead Physician

Rochester Regional Health is currently searching for Board-Certified Internal/Family Medicine physician with Geriatrics fellowship training to join our Geriatric Consultative Service in Rochester, NY

• The Geriatric Consultative Service at Rochester Regional Health offers expert evaluations and recommendations to address a variety of common conditions, aiming to enhance independence, dignity, and comfort for patients, enabling them to lead productive and meaningful lives.
• We provide specialized consultations to primary care physicians, both in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Our collaborative team comprises Advanced Practice Providers, specialized gerontological nurses, and an onsite Social Worker, all working together to ensure comprehensive care.
• Exciting opportunities to engage with Fellows, Residents, and Medical students, fostering a dynamic and enriching learning environment
• Our practice utilizes the Epic EMR system, facilitating efficient documentation and streamlined patient care.

PAY RANGE: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00
