  • Golisano Restorative Neurology & Rehabilitation Center: As the largest program in the Finger Lakes, our CARF-accredited center delivers comprehensive care for brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, and complex conditions. The interdisciplinary team—physicians, neuropsychologists, therapists, and nurses—collaborates to ensure the highest standards of care, making family involvement a core part of the recovery process.
  • Comprehensive Neurology Support: Work closely with RRH’s Comprehensive Stroke Center and other neuroscience programs, ensuring integrated care for complex patients.
• Residency & Faculty Opportunities: Shape the future of PM&R as a leader in our ACGME-accredited residency program with optional faculty appointments.
• Call Schedule Designed for Balance:
  • All call is taken with a resident, including weekday night call, typically just one weeknight per rotation.
  • Enjoy paid holiday call and weekend call every 1:4 weeks, structured to support work-life balance and avoid burnout.

• Full Time
• Monday – Friday, Days
• Scope of Practice:
  • Primary focus on inpatient acute rehabilitation care
  • Outpatient care includes MSK, concussion, and general rehabilitation management
• Outcome-Driven Environment: Engage in multidisciplinary treatment strategies designed to maximize patient outcomes and empower independence.

Who We’re Looking For

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R
• NYS Medical License and DEA Certification
