Looking for a responsible Sales Associate to assist customers that come into our store or call on the phone. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions and recommend solutions. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service and work well with the Rochester Restaurant Supply team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance.
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Actively seek out customers in store
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from co-workers
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Foodservice experience a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
