- Understand how to clean properly and thoroughly: responsible for the overall outstanding cleanliness and daily upkeep of the property- all aspects, inside and out.
- Take pride in your craft!

- Perform snow removal as needed.
- Assist with light maintenance, service requests, and repairs.
- Thoroughly document daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Assist the team with preparing apartments for future tenants.
- Inspect the property daily and maintain proper cleanliness and curb appeal.
- Work and communicate professionally, respectfully, and cooperatively with the team.
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times.
- Respond to on-call emergencies.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior relevant experience related to building cleaning, outside grounds, and light maintenance.
- Prior experience working in property management is a plus!
- Must have reliable transportation for routine schedule as well as on-call rotation.
- Use of personal cell phone required (reimbursement included).
