Maintenance Superintendent
Compensation : $24 - $28 / hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities :
- Assists the Director of Facilities and Facility Coordinators in site / grounds inspections.
- Provides focused assistance turning units with a high sense of urgency at various properties across the company’s Buffalo, NY portfolio.
- Completes a variety of maintenance tasks demonstrating competency in a variety of trades.
- Helps enforce safe working procedures at sites.
- Provides recommendations and trade expertise.
- Ensures after-hour emergencies / On-call procedures are handled appropriately.
- Monitors performance of maintenance technicians within a designated region.
- Physically walks and inspects the property daily and maintain proper cleanliness and curb appeal.
