Maintenance Technician
Compensation : $18 - $23 / hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities :
- Take care of the overall outstanding cleanliness and daily upkeep of the property- all aspects, inside and out.
- Take pride in your craft.
- Take initiative and accountability.
- Perform snow removal as needed.
- Assist with maintenance service requests, and repairs.
- Document maintenance activity including problems encountered, work completed and vacancy status updates.
- Assist the team with preparing apartments for move in of future tenants.
- Inspect the property daily and maintain proper cleanliness and curb appeal.
- Maintain professional and respectful attitude at all times, working cooperatively with staff and helping residents.
