Rochester’s Cornerstone Group is seeking to hire a Temp to Hire Grounds / Maintenance Technician in the Brockport, NY area.
17- $23 / hour based on experience.
As part of the team you will (but not limited to) :
- Take care of the overall outstanding cleanliness and daily upkeep of the property- all aspects, inside and out.
- Take pride in your craft.
- Take initiative.
- Take accountability.
- Perform snow removal as needed.
- Assist with maintenance service requests, and repairs.
- Document maintenance activity including problems encountered, work completed and vacancy status updates.
- Assist the team with performing, monitoring, inspecting, and conducting evaluations necessary to prepare apartments for move in of future tenants.
- Inspect the property daily and maintain proper cleanliness and curb appeal.
- Work professionally, respectfully and cooperatively with the team.
- Maintain professional and respectful attitude at all times.
