Job Summary
As a Landscape Crew Member, you will play an essential role in bringing our landscaping projects to life. You’ll work outdoors in a team setting, assisting with everything from site preparation to the installation of hardscape and softscape features. This is a hands-on position that requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of paver patios, water features, and full landscape projects
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery (training provided)
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites
- Prepare job sites, including digging, grading, and laying materials
- Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on time
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
Requirements
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team setting

Pay: $19.25 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
