Job Summary
Greet guests/members, provide them a stocked locker with robe and slippers, as well escorting them throughout the spa, giving detailed tour when needed, and showing all guests/members proper areas to be in for treatments. Answer questions concerning spa as well as outlining the therapeutic benefits of spa features. Make sure all products are stocked and ready for use.
Job Description
- Greet all guests/members, escort them to locker room and provide a detailed tour if needed. Provide each guest/member with a locker containing a robe and slippers, adjust sizing for client if needed. Explain all therapeutic benefits of the spa features.
- Outline all spa policies as they relate to guest
- Help each guest/member as needed, such as providing water, clearing trash, or providing answers to questions.
- Always smile and be friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional to all members, guests, and coworkers.
- Always maintain a neat and professional demeanor.
- Apply to all aspects of daily operating routine, the company values of Rock Barn Golf and Spa.
- Always show commitment to and demonstration of our corporate culture, vision, values, and goals.
- Complete in-house orientation program, which includes policies and procedures as per the manual and employee handbook.
- Participate in all spa activities, including staff meetings, educational events, workshops and promotions.
- Keep all products stocked, towels, wash clothes, soap and more.
- Keep all areas neat and tidy and free of trash.
- Assist co-workers as needed.
- Maintain a working knowledge of spa menu items.
- Stock lockers with robes and slippers.
- Must have knowledge of all spa services, packages, promotions and retail products offered by the spa.
Requirements

- Able to work with minimal direct supervision.
- Punctual and prepared for each day.
- Highly customer service oriented.
- Flexible with schedule, mornings, nights, weekends and holidays will be required.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Frequent walking on a regular basis as well as occasionally kneeling, crouching and bending.
- Able to lift and move 25 pounds on a regular basis with less frequent lifting and moving of 40 pounds.
- Able to climb stairs as well as go outside when circumstances warrant.
- Noise level in work area is lower than that of a normal conversation level.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
