About the Role
- Oversee the development and execution of creative concepts and campaigns, ensuring they align with the client's brand and marketing goals.
- Work closely with copywriters, designers, strategists, and other team members to develop integrated creative solutions that meet project objectives.
- Guide the creative team through all stages of project development, from brainstorming and conceptualization to final execution, offering constructive feedback and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, present creative concepts, and gather feedback, ensuring their vision is effectively translated into compelling creative work.
- Support the growth and development of junior creatives, providing mentorship, training, and opportunities to enhance their skills and contribute to the team's success.
