Rock County Honda is seeking an Entry Level Marketing Coordinator/Administrator to provide support and help the departments run smoothly. As an entry-level position, the Marketing Coordinator/Administrator will be developing their skills in marketing, administrative activities, and project management.

Responsibilities
- Act as project manager and lead new projects and ongoing projects to completion
- Provide general office support and assistance
- Manage and create content for all digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries.
- Manage email domain and manage user access and permissions.
- Manage Google My Business and ensure that all information is up to date. Maintain a calendar of closure dates and ensure that all relevant parties are informed.
- Edit website content and send it to a third-party web developer as needed.
- Oversee and coordinate marketing efforts, working closely with the third-party marketing team.
Requirements:
- Experience in digital marketing/managing social media accounts
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Great communication and grammar skills
- Self-starter
- Bachelors in business, marketing, advertising or equivalent experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
