Position Summary and Job Duties
The program is currently open to candidates that are interested in full time employment on the PM (2p - 10:30p) shift.
Students will complete the Certified Nursing Assistant course at an approved Technical College through tuition assistance, paid by Rock Haven. Through an employment arrangement student will be guaranteed employment with Rock Haven upon successful passing of the course/exam.
100% - Successful completion of the C.N.A. course and exam through approved Technical College

- Completion of HPPA and Blood Borne Pathogens training
- Successful background check
- Attend required course classroom and clinical hours
- Successfully test and pass required knowledge and skills exam to receive current certification
- Completion of necessary paperwork for both Rock County and technical college to complete the employment arrangement set forth by this opportunity

Job Requirements, Education, Training & Experience
- Completion of the approved hour nursing assistant course. Successfully test and pass required knowledge and skills exam to receive current certification with the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
- This opportunity requires a one year commitment of employment with Rock Haven
- Successful completion of a preemployment physical and TB screening
