Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and leading recreational and social activities for residents
- Encourage participation and engagement to enhance residents’ well-being
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for residents and their families
- Help set up and organize activity materials and spaces
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and program success
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in activities coordination, recreation, or a related field (preferred)
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for working with seniors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
