Job Overview:
We are seeking three skilled and member-oriented Bartenders to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in our establishment. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and enjoy crafting delicious drinks, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Must obtain state required alcohol certification
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption, check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the establishment
- Assist with opening duties as required
Skills:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for calculating bills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is an asset
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
