Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting members and guests safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of safe driving, route navigation, and the ability to handle driving in various weather conditions.
This is a seasonal position with hours that vary due to member and guest transportation needs.
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles to deliver members and guests to designated locations safely and on time.
- Load and unload luggage and goods from vehicles and or aircraft.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on pick-up and drop-off status and address any last minute changes or requests.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition before each trip.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving on assigned routes.
- Detail inside of company vehicle at the end of every shift
- Assist other departments as requested/needed
- Wash and detail vehicles every shift and sometimes multiple times during a shift in between pick-ups.
- Refuel vehicles at the end of each shift. Utilize local gas stops and on property refueling station.
- On occasion run errands with clients after airport pick up. Examples include grocery shopping or other activities.
- Check transport schedule regularly throughout shift. Utilizing FlightAware app.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required.
- Six years of driving experience required.
- Clean driving record required.
- Previous experience in route driving or delivery driving is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with members.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to adhere to tight schedules.
