Job Overview:

We are seeking friendly and motivated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring order accuracy, efficient food delivery, and exceptional guest/ member service If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet and seat guests and members in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests/ members
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests and members
- Experience in the food industry, preferably as a server or in a related role
- Familiarity with food preparation and handling techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests/ members and co- workers
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions or special requests to accommodate guest and member needs
- Experience in banquet or restaurant settings is a plus
- Bartending skills are an asset
