Rock Creek Cattle Company is currently interviewing Wrangler candidates. As a Wrangler, you'll have the unique opportunity to enjoy the beautiful outdoors and provide a one-of-the-kind guided experience for our guests and members.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Repair of fences as needed.
- Repair and maintenance of tack.
- Care for and feed livestock.
- Groom, saddle, and bridle horses ensuring proper fit of all tack before sending the horse out.
- Assist with reservations and scheduling rides.
- Lead trail rides.
- Lead private and group horseback riding lessons.
- Have guest horses ready at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled ride times.
- Un-tack, groom, and wash, as needed, all horses and tack.
- Maintain records of all trail rides, including horses used, and destination.
- Keep the tack room clean and organized.
- Assist in the care of injured or ill horses.
- Maintain the area including the horse pens.
