What We’re Looking For :
Santé is seeking a PRN (Scheduled as Needed) Peer Recovery Specialist to join our new Regional Mobile Response (MRT) Team in Sykesville, MD . As an Mobile Response Team Peer Recovery Specialist, you will provide mobile crisis services, which may include ongoing peer assessments, crisis intervention techniques and stabilization, and developing crisis plans for clients. You will serve as the on-site resource for clinical information and partner with all involved parties, including but not limited to families, friends, and community providers.
What You’ll Do :
- Self identifies as a Peer and provides peer support to consumers and families.
- Assist in performing on-scene assessments, including but not limited to danger, suicide, and environmental assessments.
- Perform crisis intervention and stabilization, including de-escalation, crisis planning, and implementation.
- Create appropriate referral recommendations and develop treatment plans using available agency and community resources.
- Partner with local law enforcement and other community providers.
- Complete documentation in a thorough and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as appropriate federal, state, and county regulations.
