Duties
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Oversee the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Implement effective project scheduling techniques to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Utilize tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid for project documentation and bidding processes.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, including challenges and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D software is a plus.
- Proficient in using construction management software for project tracking.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site as needed, demonstrating leadership in a dynamic environment.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
