As a Front Desk Receptionist at Westrock Orthodontics your goal is to serve and provide superior support to patients while working hand-in-hand with the Orthodontists, Orthodontic Assistants, and the team leader to ensure patient treatment time is maximized.
A few specific duties:
- Patient scheduling and confirmation
- Dental health records
- Maintaining patient account
- Verifying Insurance eligibility
- Direct customer service
- General housekeeping and maintain office stock levels as needed.
- Travel to Searcy OR Highland once a week, occasional travel to Mountain Home 3-4x a year.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
- Accept constructive feedback and also be able to present any ideas you might have for improving our processes.
- Spanish bilingual candidates can be considered for this role.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving and team Player
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 2 years of office experience desired
- Legible handwriting
- Basic Computer skills including Google suite experience is a plus.
