Job Summary:
As a PMO Consultant, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the delivery of large-scale, complex projects to help our business achieve high performance. The primary goal of a PMO Consultant ensures that projects align with organizational goals and objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups to assess their project management processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions to ensure successful project delivery. You will be responsible for managing the onboarding of new Integrations in addition to any cross-functional projects within other functional areas of the organization.
Job Duties:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand organizational objectives.
- Analyze project documentation, workflows, and data to determine areas for improvement.
- Develop customized project management plans and roadmaps tailored to meet specific functional groups needs.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Conduct daily/weekly check-point updates.
- Develop and implement effective communication plans to keep all relevant parties informed.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct training sessions for project teams and key stakeholders on project management principles and methodologies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
- Design and implement reporting mechanisms to provide cross functional groups with regular updates on project status and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing feedback loops and lessons learned sessions.
- Recommend and implement improvements to project management processes based on lessons learned, trends, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Management Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Location: This role requires full time participation at our state of the art facility in Little Rock, AR.
