JOB DESCRIPTION
Department: Adventure Club Children
Job Title: Contractor (Part-time, as needed)
Age requirement:
- Lead position: 18 years and above
- Assistance position: 16 years or above.
Purpose of the Job:
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children. (various age groups available.)
- Teach the love of Jesus while encouraging the children to listen and be kind to one another.
Knowledge Required:
- Previous child care experience
- Attentiveness to the needs and safety of children.
- Exceptional communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Caring and compassionate attitude a must
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- To teach, encourage, and be the example of the love of Jesus to children of all ages.
- Maintaining a safe workplace by monitoring children for health, behavioral, and emotional issues and reporting concerns to the supervisor.
- Responsible for setting up classrooms before and after events, (sterilizing toys and areas, taking out trash, etc.)
