As an HR Orientation and Events Intern, you’ll support our orientation and Rocket Tours programs, creating exceptional experiences for our new hires and partners.
About the Role
Orientation event set up
Onsite hybrid event support
Presenter and partner communication and meeting notices
Tour Guide scheduling and walking tour support
Email inbox monitoring and responses
Data tracking and survey analysis
Learn about our business by attending meetings, huddles and trainings
Share creative ideas that will help improve our business
Deliver reports, analyze metrics and summarize information to help drive our team forward
Assist in creating materials and / or presentations for meetings
Take notes during meetings and provide recaps
About You
Self-directed approach
Ability to communicate effectively
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
