Clinical Nurse (RN) OR/ Per Diem

Job Summary: Seeking a Registered Nurse with a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program and a current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license. BLS Certification is required within two weeks of hire, with additional certifications needed within six months. The role involves providing patient care while being sensitive to patients' rights and communicating effectively. Nurses will work under the supervision of the Patient Care Director or Manager in a clean, well-ventilated environment, facing potential exposure to infectious diseases. Physical demands include handling emergencies, extensive standing, and patient transfers.

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licenses: Current RN license and BLS Certification.
• Skills: Knowledge of patient care and rights, effective communication.
• Experience: Relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Environment: Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and stressful situations.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to manage emergency situations and perform physical tasks.
