- Compensation: Permanent daily minimum guarantee Production, up to $50,000 sign-on bonus, average earnings of $290,000-$330,000
- Clinical Practice: Autonomy in treatment planning, mentorship from experienced clinicians, full patient schedule, digital office, discretion over supplies.
