We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with regulations. This role offers a $3,500 sign-on bonus, daily pay, and competitive compensation up to $35/hr, with additional benefits like overtime pay, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities Include

  • Observing and managing resident health
  • Administering medications and providing routine care
  • Maintaining patient medical records
  • Performing diagnostic procedures

Requirements

  • Current LPN license and CPR certification
  • Strong assessment and documentation skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

Flexible full-time or part-time shifts available.
