- Setting: LTC/SNF, OP, IP, and HH
- Pay: Starting at $2,200 per week
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; No weekends or holidays
- Start Date: ASAP; Length: 13 weeks
- Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants/Therapy Aides
- Assess patient skills and develop treatment plans
- Support family members and assess environments
- Assist patients with exercises and daily activities
- Maintain records and adapt treatments as needed
- CPR Certification and Occupational Therapist License preferred
- Strong communication skills; experience in skilled nursing/outpatient preferred
