We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Guest Experience Specialist to assist potential car buyers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Guest Experience Specialist will be responsible for guiding customers through the car-buying process, ensuring a positive experience, and achieving sales goals.
No prior experience required. While one year of customer service or retail sales experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. We are committed to providing you with the training and support needed to excel in this role.
Compensation: Starting at $20.00/hour plus bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, determine their needs, and assist them in finding the right vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all car models, features, specifications, pricing, and promotions to effectively present options to customers.
- Sales Process: Assist customers with test drives, explain vehicle features, and provide pricing and financing options. Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Negotiation: Work with customers to negotiate vehicle prices, trade-ins, and financing terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Lead Generation: Prospect and follow up with leads from various channels, including walk-ins, online inquiries, phone calls, and referrals, to generate sales opportunities.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after the sale, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the dealership’s management, finance, business development center, and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Administrative Duties: Process sales transactions, complete necessary paperwork, and maintain accurate customer records in the dealership’s CRM system.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or car sales is preferred, but not required. On-the-job training is provided.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help customers and provide them with a positive experience.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technology Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and dealership software.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
