Position: Part-Time Adolescent Therapist
Location: Dallas, NC
Hours: Average 15, no more than 20 hours per week (Evening and weekend availability may be required)
Sign-On Bonus: Competitive sign-on bonus offered
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary therapist for up to 6 adolescents, delivering high-quality individual, family, and group therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and support networks to promote client progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with practice standards.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Must be licensed in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience working with adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
