3-5 Years of Previous Service Advisor Experience is Required

Qualifications:
- Ability to develop, coach and mentor Service Drive Staff.
- Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.
- Ability to successfully guide customers throughout the service process.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Experience. (CDK experience preferred)
- Maintain accountability of supervised staff.
- Implement and follow strong T.O. process.
- Oversee and maintain strong CSI follow up process.
- Strong amount of emotional intelligence.
