Assistant Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and success of our business. You will assist the Store Manager in managing daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control
- Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash transactions
- Assist with employee orientation and training programs
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in creating work schedules for staff members
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Skills:
- Strong team management skills
- Proficient in retail math and budgeting
- Experience with cash handling procedures
