Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management and relating industry. As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of jobs.

Duties

· Assist in managing daily factory operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

· Supervise staff during shifts, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance levels.

· Oversee products preparation and ensure adherence to fine product standards and meet the requirement of clients.

· Implement and enforce food safety regulations to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

· Conduct staff training sessions on food products best practices, and clients service.

· Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

· Coordinate product production and special events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to production.

· Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during service.

· Collaborate with the General Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

· Translate between English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in management or a similar role food industry.

· Strong knowledge of American and Chinese cultures.

· Familiarity with shift management practices and staff training methodologies.

· Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.

· Ability to translate between English and Mandarin.

· Fluent in Mandarin is required.

· Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

· Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
