Rock Labor administers professional, customized, and superior-quality labor solutions tailored to the live event industry's unique needs. From providing high-caliber stage and site labor, site coordination, or production management, our clients receive on-location personal support from the beginning to the end of events. With years of contract negotiations and labor relations expertise, Rock Labor manages contract negotiations and acts as a signatory to any required CBAs. Rock Labor focuses on providing trained and skilled workers to ensure a highly safe work environment for our employees and clients while ensuring best-in-class event execution.

Rock Labor was formed in 2021 and has nine operating units serving various live entertainment staffing needs and geographies, and the company expects to continue to grow through both acquisitions and organically.

Job Summary:

The Regional Vice President (RVP) in the live event industry is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and overall success of live events within a specific geographical region. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in live events, excellent business acumen, and the ability to foster strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support Services Management:

· Lead the support team in providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders and external clients.

· Develop and implement support strategies to ensure seamless operations during concert productions.

· Monitor and optimize support processes, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.

  • Change Management:

· Design and execute change management strategies to support company-wide initiatives.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the impact of organizational changes.

· Communicate effectively to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.

  • Corporate Training:

· Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees at all levels.

· Ensure training programs align with the company’s strategic goals and enhance employee performance.

· Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness, making continuous improvements.

  • Leadership and Collaboration:

· Lead and mentor a team of support, change management, and training professionals.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.

· Work closely with senior leadership to align support, change management, and training efforts with overall business objectives.

Professional & Personal Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in the live event industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

· Proven experience in strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership.

· Strong network and relationships within the live event industry.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to travel frequently within the region as required.
