We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Shop Technician to join our team. Duties
- Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal and panel replacement.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake replacements, and tire rotations.
- Utilize airless paint spraying techniques for auto painting projects.
- Execute welding tasks as needed for vehicle repairs.
- Estimate repair costs accurately using auto estimating skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the shop.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Assist in heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in auto body repair and vehicle maintenance.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) safely and effectively.
- Experience with auto glass installation is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience in auto painting or airless paint spraying is advantageous.
