Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and share detailed information about features and benefits.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are well-displayed and replenished as needed.
- Apply retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with order placements.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional activities and merchandising strategies.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or grocery store environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial for managing stock levels accurately.
