Host
We are looking for hosts/hostesses to join our staff. A host or hostess makes sure our guests feel welcomed, cared for, and valued. They create a warm and welcoming environment for patrons from the moment they enter the establishment. A host's duties primarily focus on ensuring the guests have a positive experience throughout their entire visit.
Host Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; and answer customer questions.
- Inform guests of current promotion and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff.
- Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service.
- Tend to guests' needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service.
- Help fellow team members by setting and clearing tables; replenishing water; serving beverages, cleaning, and stocking.
- Contribute to team efforts to maintain positive working relationships.
- Assist with to-go orders and 3rd party delivery orders.
