Culinary Specialist Role:
As a Lead Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing raw ingredients according to strict recipes and portioning techniques. You will read tickets accurately to determine the timing and sequence of food preparation and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces at all times.
