Work collaboratively with the dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient delivery of rock products to customers.This may involve :Taking customer orders accurately and processing them efficiently within the company's sales and dispatch software.Communicating order details (type, quantity, delivery schedule) to the dispatch team for scheduling truck movements and loading.Following up on order status and keeping customers informed about delivery timelines.Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling complementary rock products based on customer needs.Market Research and Analysis :
Stay informed about current market trends in the landscaping and construction industries.This may involve :Researching competitor pricing and product offerings.Identifying potential new customer segments or markets for the company's rock products.Analyzing sales data to understand customer preferences and buying patterns.Providing insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and product offerings.Pricing and Negotiation :
Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies for the company's rock products while considering market trends, production costs, and profit margins.Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.Sales Reporting and Performance :
