What You’ll Do
- Run the job site—from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.
- Control the schedule and drive trade partners to stay on track.
- Make decisions fast and keep projects moving.
- Manage budgets & materials, fixing issues before they cost time or money.
- Ensure quality and accountability with subcontractors.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, trades, and the internal team.
What It Takes to Succeed
- 5 years of residential construction experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Proven success in managing multiple projects on schedule and within budget
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and compliance requirements
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
