Overview:
Rock River Leisure Estates is seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to manage our Country Store in Edgerton, Wisconsin. Over the summer, our Country Store is the hub of activity at Rock River Leisure Estates. Located directly across from the main pool, it includes an arcade (with prizes), a concession stand/general store, and our RRLE merchandise shop.
This is a seasonal position, beginning in mid-May and ending around September 1, 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, and scheduling of Country Store staff (per approval of Park Manager)
- Performing inventory control of merchandise, food, and prizes
- Performing opening and closing money-handling procedures
- Supervising the safe handling of food products
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the building and its contents
- This position reports to the Park Manager
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management and retail sales
- Strong supervisory and team management skills
- Proficiency in POS systems (Square)
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
