Chiropractic Assistant
Position Summary:
Our busy chiropractic office is looking for an energetic team member. A chiropractic assistant works under the direction of a chiropractor to provide support and help to ensure the practice runs smoothly by greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival, answering phone calls and responding to emails and text messages, managing traffic flow for multiple doctors, scheduling appointments for new and existing patients, inputting patient data, and verifying patient co-pays and collecting the appropriate payment amount. Chiropractic assistants are scheduled 38 hours per week. There is opportunity for advancement in the company from management of teams to offices to regions. We have weekly office meetings, bi-weekly one-on-one’s, professional coaching calls for all staff, and quarterly company-wide training days. Base salary starts $16/hr

- Coordination of patient benefits and scheduling
- Proper documentation of patient charts

Education & Experience:
- 2 years Customer Service experience preferred
- Associate’s Degree preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop throughout the day
- Ability to travel – less than 20%
