Rock Solid Home Inspections is an award-winning, licensed, insured, family-owned and operated company in the Tampa Bay Area. Our Inspectors are members of InterNACHI, ensuring high-quality inspections on various properties to assess structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
This is a full-time remote role for a Home Inspector at Rock Solid Home Inspections. The Home Inspector will be responsible for performing in-depth inspections on properties to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
- Property Inspections and Inspection skills
- Experience in Property Management
- Skills in New Business Development and Customer Service
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Home Inspection Certification is a plus
- Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
