Stabilization Specialist

Job Description:

The Reclaimer Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality and production in our projects. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for clearing and leveling subgrade milling and mixing new and existing soils with additives to create a stabilized sub-grade.

This position requires the ability to operate and maintain reclaimer mixing equipment, specifically Wirtgen WR250 and/or CAT RM500B, safely and efficiently to produce high-quality results. You will also need to follow specific instructions and mix designs, maintain equipment to Rock Solid's high standards, comply with all safety programs and procedures, and communicate clearly and professionally at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 21 years of age

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum 12 months reclaimer operator experience required

• Ability to understand and operate all fundamentals of the machine

• Required to travel nationwide for various lengths of time

• Class A CDL preferred or required within 1 year of employment
