What are the responsibilities and job description for the Countertop Project Management Representative position at ROCK SOLID SURFACES?
Rocksolid Surfaces is looking for a talented, highly motivated and energetic candidate with strong multitasking and interpersonal skills in a team oriented atmosphere.
The main role of this position is to coordinate all aspects of the assigned jobs and to be the point of contact for our customers by providing an outstanding customer service.
Essential Functions
Duties, which are primarily clerical in nature, include but are not limited to:
- Review jobs with customer/homeowner received job from Order Entry Specialist
- Establish effective and timely communication with clients on different stages of project completion
- Verify material availability and allocate it for a specific job, or proceed with established material order process
- Document all stage of job completion in company’s software and vendors portals
- Schedule field measurement and installation jobs
- Assist clients in showroom
- Complete final quotes and release jobs for programming
- Ensure billing of job is completed and accurate
- Sell complimentary services to clients through Hot Sauce program

Preferred Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or project management
- Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in stone countertop manufacturing office environment is a plus.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This is a full-time position, with regular work hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional ½ day work on Saturday may be required.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
