If you’re a licensed nurse with a passion for holistic care and a heart for healing, we want you on our team. In this part-time role, you’ll support residents recovering from substance use disorders with compassion, skill, and a trauma-informed mindset.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Residential Nurse, you’ll play a hands-on role in guiding residents through recovery with clinical expertise and compassionate care.
- Medical admissions and assessments, including TB screenings and health histories
- Administer and manage medications—from audits to education
- Support mental health needs, helping residents navigate anxiety, mood shifts, and crisis moments
- Educate and empower residents on wellness, treatment options, and recovery strategies
- Mentor staff with trauma-informed guidance and lead CBRF-related trainings
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and CBRF standards
- Manage medical supplies and safety protocols—from reordering to proper disposal

✅ What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconsin
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in psychiatric or substance use recovery care
- Confidence in trauma-informed care practices
- Stellar communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
- Completion of all required Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) training
- A collaborative spirit and a calm, can-do attitude under pressure
- Strong clinical judgment and a solutions-first mindset
