About The Role
- Gather information from multiple open-source locations, including various media outlets, government agencies and subscription services
- Create, review and edit various reports to be disseminated to leadership
- Calmly and effectively handle high-stress situations
- Manage dispatch console and dispatch accordingly using proper radio etiquette
- Manage multiple email boxes, compose emails and properly categorize emails
- Assist with camera investigations
- Complete Access Control requests
- Operate analytical and video surveillance systems to identify suspicious behavior and activity in or near owned and occupied properties
- Collaborate with law enforcement partners by assisting with run sheets, badges, radios and briefings
- Handle, document and route escalated calls/surveillance requests/concerns to leadership
Minimum Qualifications
- Able to work four 10 hour 1st shifts a week. 1st shift with Rock Security is 7am to 5pm
- Ability to work weekends and holidays on a rotation or request basis
- Experience in security, law enforcement, military or related experience
- Experience operating video surveillance systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related experience or relevant level of education
- Experience dispatching security and law enforcement entities
- Certified SOC Analyst (CSA), GIAC Security Operations Certified (GSOC) or related certifications
