We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team of superstars. LPN provide direct nursing care to our residents, work alongside a collaborative team, and help ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications for RN Unit Managers :

Registered Nurse (RN) license

Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities :

Perform required skills (assessment, intervention) according to guidelines, forms, policies and procedures

Develop care plan that demonstrates knowledge of criteria to ascertain residents specific needs based on health care problem(s)

Carry out care plan that demonstrates familiarity with criteria to establish resident priorities specific to anticipated outcomes

Implement physicians’ orders; administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures and special tests and document treatment as required by company policy and local / state / federal rules and regulations

Complete new admissions and assessments.

Interact with families, doctors and other professionals

RN Unit Managers may start as early as NEXT WEEK!
