Job Description:
As a CDS Client Enrollment Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for individuals interested in our home care services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads, provide them with detailed information about our programs, and assist them through the sign-up process. You will play a crucial role in helping clients understand the benefits of our services and ensuring a smooth and efficient enrollment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, email, and online inquiries.
Provide clear and concise information about our home care programs and services.
Guide potential clients through the enrollment process, answering questions and addressing concerns.
Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork and documentation.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the home care team to ensure a seamless transition for clients from inquiry to active service.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
Qualifications:
