Job Summary :
We are seeking a reliable Crew DriverMember to join our team. The Crew Driver / Member will be responsible for safely transporting crew members and equipment to various job sites as well as actively performing landscape maintenance services on properties. This individual must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and excellent navigational skills.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Previous experience as a driver preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities :
Safely transport crew members and equipment to designated locations
Follow all traffic laws and regulations
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Assist with loading and unloading equipment as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Perform all landscape maintenance tasks requested from Crew Leader
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift heavy objects and equipment
Good physical health and stamina
Comfortable working in various weather conditions
Additional Requirements :
Strong work ethic and reliability
Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is a plus
