What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fitness Sales Associate position at RockBox Fitness Colorado Springs?
We're looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, and loves to help people to join our RockBox Fitness Colorado Springs team! This position will be fully involved in the sales process and will require strong closing skills. Must be motivated and have a desire to grow and learn.
As a Sales Associate your responsibilities will focus on lead management, greeting clients, engaging members in the studio, talking with prospective members and learning about their goals. We are looking for over the top friendly with a smile larger than life!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead management: Execute a minimum of 50-75 activities per day (Average 40 activities per hour - Call, Text, Email)
- Must be great on the phone and not afraid of making 50 calls
- Membership and Gear Sales
- Engage with new prospects and learn their goals. Excellent communication skills are a must!
- Present new prospects with membership options after class
- Sell apparel & supplements
- Greet members and prospective members by name
- Create content for social media
- Keep front desk clean and organized
- Assist during and between classes as needed
- Reset and clean the equipment for the workout so it is ready for the next session
- Demonstrate exercises for anyone needing assistance, and guide members to the next station if necessary.
This is a part-time hourly position with room for growth! We are currently looking to fill evening shifts and some mornings.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
